How do I care for my bag?

Hand wash or gentle machine wash. Leave out to dry for a couple of days, due to the thickness of the yarn.

When will my bag be delivered?

UK orders will be sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. International orders will be sent Standard Tracked via Royal Mail and will receive a tracking number a few days after your order is dispatched. Your patience is appreciated!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or exchanges therefore if you have any questions, please get in touch before purchasing.

Can I request a custom bag?
